Lalafone Terms & Conditions
1. Interpretation
- Buyer: Individual, firm, or company accepting a quotation or placing an order with Lalafone.
- Contract: Agreement for the sale and purchase of Goods.
- Goods: Items supplied by Lalafone, including parts or installments.
- Lalafone: Refers to lalafone.com or Annexx Creation Company Limited.
- Terms: The terms set out in this document, along with any written agreements between Lalafone and the Buyer.
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays and Dec 25–Jan 1).
- Writing: Includes emails, faxes, or similar electronic means.
2. Basis of Sale
- All sales are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Advice not confirmed in writing is followed at the Buyer's own risk.
- Errors in literature, pricing, or communications may be corrected without liability.
- Brand or trademark references do not imply affiliation unless stated.
- No content from Lalafone publications may be reproduced without written consent.
3. Orders
- Orders must include details on quantity, quality, and product description.
- Orders confirmed by Lalafone before 12:00 PM on a Working Day will be dispatched the same day, if stock is available.
- Calls may be recorded. Lalafone reserves the right to refuse service.
- We will issue a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your order. By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase, which Lalafone will accept subject to stock availability. Once the confirmation email has been sent, no changes can be made to the order details, including product specifications, colour, quantity, or delivery address. Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete before finalising your order, as once the confirmation email has been sent, Lalafone will be unable to make any changes to the order details, including product specifications, colour, quantity, or delivery address.
An order shall be considered valid and accepted by Lalafone only after the Lalafone system or the official Lalafone Support email has received and verified all of the following accurate details:
- Order number
- Final item(s)
- Final order price
- Shipping address
- Receiver name (full name required)
If any of the above information is incorrect, incomplete, or missing, or if a change of items is initiated by either the Buyer or Lalafone, the order will be placed on hold and will not proceed until all required information has been confirmed. Lalafone Customer Service will contact the Buyer to request the missing, corrected, or updated details. The Buyer must provide the accurate information via email using the same ordering email address to the official Lalafone Support email for the update to be acknowledged.
Once all required order information has been verified, the order will be reprocessed, and both the processing date and shipment time frame will be recalculated from the date on which the complete and confirmed details are received.
For cancellations or refunds initiated by the Buyer due to a change of mind or because the item does not meet expectations, the Buyer shall be responsible for all return transportation and logistics costs. A deduction of up to 30% of the product value may be applied to account for any reduction in value incurred during processing, shipping, or after delivery, including instances where the goods have been unsealed or used.
A minimum deduction of €35 applies in all cases. Lalafone reserves the right to waive the deduction, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
4. Price of Goods
- Prices are based on those listed on the website or quoted at the time of order acceptance.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
5. Payment

6. Delivery
- Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
- Orders received before 12:00 PM (Working Day) are dispatched same day (stock permitting).
- Lalafone is not liable for delivery delays.
- Claims must be submitted in writing:
- Non-Delivery:
- Within 3 Working Days (Next Day Delivery)
- Within 10 Working Days (Standard Delivery)
- Shortages or Damages:
- Shortages: within 3 days of delivery
- Damages: within 24 hours of delivery (receipt should be signed "Damaged")
- Non-Delivery:
- Failure to take delivery may result in:
- Storage charges, or
- Goods being resold (refund minus expenses or losses charged)
7. Warranty & Liability

The statutory rights outlined below are in addition to any manufacturer's warranty that may accompany your Products. Manufacturer warranties may vary depending on the Product. If you experience an issue with a Product, you may choose to seek a remedy under the manufacturer's warranty or exercise your statutory rights.

Consumer Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015):
- Up to 30 Days: Full refund if goods are faulty or not as described
- Up to 6 Months: Right to repair or replacement; refund if unsuccessful
- Up to 6 Years: Right to repair/replacement or partial refund based on warranty/product lifespan
Digital Content:
- Right to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty content
- Compensation for any device damage caused by faulty content

Warranty Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lalafone. We want you to have full confidence in your purchase. This warranty outlines the coverage and process should your product require service or repair.
The Lalafone Standard Warranty, once purchased, ensures that your product will perform in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications for the warranty period stated on your invoice. For all eligible products, Lalafone will provide warranty service through our authorised channels and will ensure your product is restored to manufacturer standards wherever possible.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us by email and provide full details of the issue.
You must include both photos and videos that meet the following requirements:
- Clearly display the IMEI number or serial number on both the product and its box
- Show the product from all angles to document its overall condition
- Clearly demonstrate the specific issue or fault you are experiencing
Once you receive confirmation of your repair or return case, please send the parcel with all accessories and the original box within 14 days.
If the parcel is not sent within this timeframe, Lalafone reserves the right to reject the claim.
We will do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly. If our repair centre determines that a repair is not feasible, we will inform you and discuss the next available options.
Important Reminders Before Returning
a. Back up your data:
Please back up all personal data before sending your device. While we handle all items with care, Lalafone cannot guarantee the retention of personal data during the repair process.
b. Unlock the device:
Ensure that all passwords, locks, and applications are removed or disabled.
c. Return a complete set:
The product must be returned with all original accessories, the retail box, and packaging materials.
Returning a Product Under Warranty
- Please pack the product securely in the same condition in which it was received, avoiding any tape or labels on the retail box.
- Include a note containing your order number and repair case number, and place it inside or outside the package for easy identification.
- Email us the proof of shipment once dispatched.
Upon receiving your item, Lalafone will confirm its arrival and send a second confirmation email.
If repair is deemed not cost-effective, or if replacement parts are unavailable, Lalafone may replace your product with an equivalent or higher-value item, based on the current market value at the time of replacement.
Please Note
- Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost when sending products to us.
- After inspection, Lalafone will assess whether to cover the return shipping cost. Lalafone reserves the right to make the final decision in this regard.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, an additional charge of up to 30% may apply.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Lalafone's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to providing the service described above.
Expected Repair Timeline
- Initial Check & Assessment: 3–7 business days
- Repair Process (if required): Up to 14 business days
- Return Shipping: 3–7 business days
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, screen protectors, films)
- Non-electronic products (e.g., bags, lens hoods)
- Carrier-related issues for phones or tablets (e.g., SIM card, coverage, service range)
- Firmware or software issues, including system modifications, rooting, or jailbreaking
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Liquid exposure, accidental drops, mishandling, or intentional damage
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or cleaning
- Physical damage such as cracks or breaks
- Improper use of accessories or incompatible parts
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, expected battery degradation, screen burn)
- Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., dust, moisture, heat, frost, fire, flooding, natural disasters)
- Negligence, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions
- Use with irregular or incorrect voltage supply
- Tampering or removal of serial numbers
- Use with non-approved networks, accessories, or software
- Data loss or errors in third-party/non-original software
- Inadequate packaging during return shipment
- LCD or display damage due to improper handling
- Non-manufacturer related lens defects
Special Notes
Action Cameras, Casings, Bags, and Mobile Phones
Damage caused by impact, operation beyond recommended usage limits (such as exceeding waterproof depth ratings), or any form of misuse will void the warranty.
Please note that this warranty applies only to the purchased item itself and does not extend to any accessories or other products used in conjunction with it.
Remote Control Toys
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Crashes or combustion caused by non-manufacturing factors
- Operation in environments with electromagnetic interference (e.g., mining areas, radio towers, high-voltage lines)
- Use in areas subject to wireless interference (e.g., Wi-Fi, transmitters, video links)
- Operation exceeding recommended weight limits
- Use with low, defective, or incompatible batteries
Lalafone shall not be held responsible for defects or damage to any other items used together with the product covered under this warranty.
8. Risk and Property
- Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or refusal of delivery.
- When Goods are returned, risk remains with Buyer until Lalafone acknowledges receipt.
9. Legal Framework and Liability
- Governed by the laws of England.
- Goods are intended for personal/domestic use.
- Lalafone is not liable for:
- Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, sales, business, goodwill, or reputation
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded
- Maximum liability: Limited to the purchase price of the Goods.
10. Other Provisions
- Third parties cannot enforce any of these Terms.
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Lalafone may assign/subcontract rights or obligations; Buyer must request written permission to do so.
- Terms may change and updates will be posted on the website.
- External links are for reference only; Lalafone is not responsible for their content.
- All intellectual property rights belong to Lalafone unless otherwise stated.
- Unauthorized use of materials on the site is strictly prohibited.
- Product and pricing information is reviewed for accuracy but cannot be guaranteed.
- Lalafone reserves the right to terminate the relationship with 7 days' written notice.
- These Terms supersede all prior agreements or terms.
