We source our products globally at lower prices. They are brand new and genuine.

Q:How long is the delivery?
A:

For standard delivery, 5-10 Business Days (does not include Sat and Sun and Public Holidays).

Q:Do you accept instalment payment?

Q:Where are the product from?
A:

We have global sourcing team from UK, Germany, US, Hong Kong, and Japan etc (some features may differ).

Q:Why does Lalafone open the box before shipping?
A:

At Lalafone, we take extra care to ensure every customer receives the exact product they ordered, in perfect condition. For certain models, the box may be opened before dispatch for quality verification or functionality testing. In addition, random inspections may be carried out as part of our quality assurance process. Each product that undergoes inspection is carefully checked to confirm its condition, specifications, and full compatibility for local use. All checking and packing procedures are recorded to maintain transparency and traceability. Please be assured that these checks are conducted solely for verification purposes — every item remains brand new, unused, and 100% original.

Q:Does the mobile phone support the UK network?
A:

Most of the mobile phones we sell are international versions, supporting the 4G and 5G bands of major UK telecom operators (such as EE, O2, Vodafone and Three). If you need to confirm, please provide the model and we will be happy to help check compatibility.

Q:Does the phone have Google services pre-installed?
A:

Unless otherwise stated, the Android phones we sell are pre-installed with Google Play services and common applications, which is the same as the models sold in the UK.

Q:Can the Bluetooth headset support iPhone / Android?
A:

Yes, our Bluetooth headset supports iPhone and mainstream Android devices. Just turn on Bluetooth pairing to use.

Q:Does the headset have noise reduction function?
A:

Depending on the model, we sell headsets that support active noise reduction (ANC) function. If necessary, please check the product description or contact us for recommended models.

Q:Are the headsets waterproof?
A:

Some models have IPX4 to IPX7 waterproof ratings, suitable for daily or sports use. It is recommended to confirm the needs and ratings with us before purchasing.

Q:Does the game console support UK voltage? What is the plug standard?
A:

Yes, our game console supports 100V-240V global voltage and will be equipped with a British three-pin plug (BS1363 / Type G), which can be used directly in the UK.

Q:Can the game console be set to English interface?
A:

Yes, all game consoles can be freely switched to different languages, including English, after turning on.

Q:Does the game console come with games? Is it genuine?
A:

All game consoles are original and genuine, and some models come with games. Please refer to the product page for details.

Q:Can I Use a Hong Kong Nintendo Switch and Game Cartridges in the UK?
A:

Yes. Nintendo Switch consoles and physical game cartridges are region-free, which means:

- A Hong Kong version Switch console works perfectly in the UK

- A Hong Kong game cartridge (e.g., Mario Kart 8 Deluxe) can be played on any Switch, anywhere

Q:How to Download Global DLC While in the UK (e.g. HK)

Use a Hong Kong Nintendo Account

• Create a new user on your Switch (e.g., "HK User")

• Go to accounts.nintendo.com and create a Nintendo Account

• Set the region to Hong Kong

• Link the account to your new user profile

• Access the Hong Kong eShop with this account Purchase and download the DLC (e.g., Booster Course Pass for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe)

*Once installed, the DLC will work for all users on your console.

Q:Does tablet support Google Play / App Store?
A:

Android tablets support Google Play, Apple iPad supports App Store, and both can download common applications normally.

Q:Does tablet support SIM card Internet access?
A:

Depending on the model, we sell WiFi version and LTE/5G version. If you need mobile Internet function, please purchase the version that supports SIM card.

Q:Can tablet be used for video conferencing or online classes?
A:

Of course, all tablets support applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc., which are suitable for learning and work purposes.

Q:Can I use an overseas credit card to debit? Can I ship to places outside the UK?
A:

Sorry, we currently only accept credit cards and contact addresses in the UK.

If you wish to complete your order, please place a new order using a UK credit card and contact details, and we will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible.

Q:How do you deal with false or malicious accusations online?
A:

We value honest feedback from our customers. However, we will not tolerate false or malicious accusations on the Internet. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who spreads lies or defames our reputation.

Q:Who will be responsible for the return logistics fee?
A:

For purchases that are returned due to change of mind and items not as expected, customers will be responsible for the transportation fee.

Q:Will there be any deductions for cancellations or refunds?
A:

Yes. For cancellations or returns, a deduction of up to 30% of the product value may be applied to reflect any reduction in value incurred during processing, shipping, or after delivery. This may include cases where the product has been unsealed or returned due to a change of mind.

A minimum deduction of €35 applies in all cases.
